How to prevent the autumn blues?

Warm autumn evening… A heartfelt conversation about important things in a cozy cafe… Fragrant herbal tea with lavender and oregano And I didn’t even want to leave…

So on Tuesday, September 7, we gathered at the Blagost club to discuss the topic “How to prevent the autumn blues.”

First, we looked at the difference between the blues and depression. After all, everyone can be sad and mope, and this is normal. We’re alive! But when should you notice that the blues have dragged on and can develop into depression?

In psychology, the so-called depressive triad is known:
1) Low mood (mental level) 2) Lack of strength, lethargy (physical) 3) Negative attitude towards oneself and the world around us, when everything is gray, boring, and I am worthless (intellectual level).

After all, any condition, be it the blues, or even a disease, lack of strength or apathy, can be influenced through different levels of our existence: 1) physical (body and energy in it) 2) mental (or emotional) 3) intellectual (through the mind) 4) spiritual



So, almost all people know what to do with the physical plane. True, they don’t always do this. But some people intuitively understand that they need to pull themselves out of the blues and depression through the body.
