A technique for activating deep internal resources, without resistance.

How many times have you reproached yourself because you still can’t take on what you need to do? Or even for what you want. You’ve heard a lot of advice on how to do this. It seems that you already know everything about procrastination, about the fact that laziness is a screen. About what you need to start doing, and then the mood will come. About the fact that you need goodies and rewards for yourself. We tried both regularity and spontaneity. And they scolded themselves and rewarded themselves. And nothing has changed. Well, it doesn’t work out, nothing. The best achievement is sometimes being able to start. And more often than not, time just passes through your fingers. And if you can “force” yourself to do some simple things. That complex activity that requires immersion, dedication (and therefore more responsibility for it, the demand will be higher) — such complex work, well, it just doesn’t “start”.

We want to take your side here. Because — you are right. In such situations, “it shouldn’t begin.” And stop torturing and reproaching yourself.
