Inner peace

It would be strange to try to achieve inner peace through the mechanism of internal action. But the standard strategy of our mind is to evaluate, search for reasons, classify, name for subsequent action with all this variety of external things.

When it comes to inner peace, we run the risk of using the mind (or it us) in exactly the same way — in the context as we use it externally. It is not surprising that after this, achieving inner peace, and, to be honest, just admiring, say, a sunset can become a problem.
