Conflict is a contradiction of interests and values. The “Evasion” style of behavior in a conflict situation is characterized by the fact that a person does not take any steps to satisfy the opponent’s interests, does not take anything to protect his interests, or defend his boundaries. He avoids the dispute, denies the fact of the conflict, ignores it and leaves the conflict field.

In essence, the person himself is alienated. The reasons for the action may be different. Perhaps a person realistically assesses the advantages and weaknesses of the positions of the conflicting parties; does not know how to protect their interests; something doesn’t hold up in a difficult area, etc.

Signs of evasion:

-silence;

- hidden anger;

-ignoring the offender;

- complete renunciation of any relationship;

-physical care.

Evasion is effective when:

- very strong tension, a feeling of the need to reduce the intensity;

- it is unbearably difficult to communicate with a difficult person; there are no serious reasons to continue contacting him;
