It happens that you are haunted by the same thought. And it doesn’t just often appear in the head, but brings with it restlessness, anxiety, fear or irritation, anger, anger, or sadness, melancholy. But the main thing is that this thought, and the emotions that follow it, prevent you from acting the way you would like.

These may be completely different thoughts. For example, “I still won’t succeed.” Or, “Here we go again — it’s obvious that I’m a born loser.” Or “If I make a mistake, I will be left without love”

And as soon as you have to do something truly important to you, this terrible thought comes out and begins to sound in your head. Your feelings respond to her. And you don’t do what you intended.

Try one of the techniques that allows you to combat such thoughts.

“Sell Me Your Thought” Technique

30 minutes, and you have a chance to significantly reduce your dependence on sabotage thoughts.

Important! The exercise must be done in writing. Write legibly and formulate sentences completely.

Step 1

First, write down the thought itself. Formulate it and write it down. Don’t forget to put it in quotation marks — this is direct speech that sounds in your head.
